Tapout Shirts

Now to start this off, I wanna say I respect the art form of MMA and respect the fighters involved. What I don't respect is the almost cult like following of 150 pound manlets in Tapout shirts. These kids that walk around with their chests puffed out like they're the baddest dudes around. The dudes that go to partys and the second their skinny little bodies get a sip of alcohol (most likely Natty Light) they feel like they're the toughest mother fucker ready to take on the world, you know... Beer muscles. To let you know, your little UFC night escapades at BWW or Hooters doesn't make you tough because you watch people that know how to fight, fight. I am not saying I am tough, because well.. I'm not, but then again, I don't act tough. These dudes to me are just comical to see them walking around with their arms puffed out, or at the gym when they'll randomly go punch the heavy bag for 10 seconds then come out with the look like "whos next?" gotta be fuckin' kiddin me. Watch out! Swoll ass 150 pounders gonna take yallz out!

Vegetarianism

The harsh fact is that most "vegetarians" follow shitty diets. Why would anyone want to have a diet based off of carbohydrates and fats? Especially when you get the carbs from shitty sources packed with no nutritional value. Most of these diets these people follow lead to weight gain or weight loss leaving them looking like a bloated blimp or an Ethiopian. When you don't get the bare minimum amount of protein it can lead to muscle wasting. Which I guess could be why they usually end up looking like a blimp or an Ethiopian. In a recent study it was shown that extended lengths of vegetarianism can shrink brain matter due to the lack of the vitamin b-12 in their daily diets. Also the over cosumption of soy has been shown to increase estrogenic activity in males and adversly affect testosterone levels (testosterone is what makes men... men). I am not a vegetarian, nor will I ever be one, and this is not me saying vegetarianism is wrong or dumb, I'm just stating that a lot of these so called "vegetarians" have no idea what they're doing. If you're going to commit to something that can affect your body then do it for the betterment of it, not destruction. Eat whole foods, not empty caloried carbs, and your occasional salad drenched in dressing and covered in croutons.
